What to do if you have hail damage on your vehicle…..
1) To get started, please contact your insurance provider to file a hail claim.
2) Follow their protocol as instructed. They may request photos, but keep in mind that photos often fail to capture the full extent of hail damage—so don’t be alarmed if their initial estimate seems low.
3) Get in touch with us! Once you have your claim information, claim number, and your adjuster’s contact information, we can handle the rest!
4) We will likely need to schedule you an appointment for us to do a thorough evaluation of hail damage and complete what is called a “supplement” for damages missed on your original Insurance approved estimate. To complete the comprehensive evaluation, there is a $250 fee to ensure all damages are accounted for in the supplement.
As a "thank you" for choosing us, we provide a $350 credit upon completion of repairs.
(Note: If your vehicle is totaled, we reimburse the $250 fee if covered by insurance).
5) Once our supplement has been approved by your Insurance Company, we will get you scheduled for repairs.
IF YOU HAVE GLASS BREAKAGE and need it fixed immediately….
1) Contact your insurance company and file a claim
2) Contact us immediately and we will work to get the glass portion fixed ASAP!
3) We will bill you directly for the glass repairs. Once the rest of your vehicle is repaired, we will apply that payment toward your complete repairs. That way you're not paying for it twice.
Hail damage can be extensive and complicated. We have trained technicians and up to date/ state of the art equipment for these types of repairs. We also follow your vehicle manufacturer's guidelines and repair procedures making sure your vehicle’s safety is our #1 priority. Regardless of which shop you choose, we strongly encourage you to verify that your chosen shop adheres to these same rigorous safety and repair guidelines.
