Creamy Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Tortellini 🥩🧄🧀🍝

Tender steak bites tossed with cheesy tortellini in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce — pure comfort in every bite!

🍴 Ingredients:

* 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
* 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini
* 3 tbsp garlic butter
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* Salt and pepper to taste

👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt garlic butter over medium-high heat.
3. Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
4. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine, letting it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add cooked tortellini and mix gently to coat in the creamy sauce.
6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top and stir until melted and creamy.

⏱️ Prep Time: 10 minutes
🍳 Cook Time: 15 minutes
⌛ Total Time: 25 minutes

📝 Notes: Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and a hearty twist! 🍄🥬

Reflecting over 2025, I am filled with so much gratitude for the continued support from my valued customers, my hard working employees, and those who believe in the success of St. Thomas Recycling and Auto Repair.

This year has been a year of growth, but yet we are more successful than ever.
We appreciate everyone who has supported us throughout the many challenges we never thought we would go through, but rising above and continuing my father’s legacy is something I am most thankful for.

So as we welcome the new year, I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who continually supports St. Thomas Recycling and Auto Repair.
