Following up on the recent communication about the service due message appearing in the vehicle consoles on January 1st, we recommend the following actions:

Scenario 1 - if your vehicle is due for a service now, you can proceed with the service as usual. The service counter will be reset and that will remove the message permanently.

Scenario 2 - if your vehicle is not due for service, please don't take any action, you can continue to drive your vehicle normally. We will provide details of corrective actions as soon as possible. Our teams are actively working on a solution.

The service warning message can be removed by tapping the button at the end of the indicator stalk twice when the error appears on the screen as it can be for other messages, but it will appear again after the vehicle is restarted.

We will provide further updates as soon as they are available.

It’s time to spread some Christmas joy!
Crown dealerships are proudly stepping into the role of Santa’s Elves this season as we kick off our Stuff the Trunk – Holiday Edition in support of the Florida Dream Center in Lealman.
We’re collecting toys and gifts to help brighten the holidays for local children and teenagers, and we’d love your support. Each dealership has a designated vehicle ready to be filled — so let’s come together and STUFF THOSE TRUNKS for our community! Toys will be collected on Dec 9th!
