Trust me I hate posting this as much as you hate seeing it! I’m very sorry for the inconvenience but the water will be turned off again between 130-4pm. Thank you for your patience. I will not know how long it will take. The plumber always works as fast as he can.

UPDATE: The plumber has canceled till tomorrow. Same time.

FYI: we have a cracked water pipe and the plumber will be here between 1 and 4 today which means the water will be shut off sometime during those hours and until it is fixed. Please plan accordingly because it could run over the time noted. Sorry for any inconvenience.

This notice serves as a formal reminder regarding the park’s rules and regulations concerning guests and long-term occupants.
To maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our community, all guests must be properly registered, and all roommates must receive official management approval prior to residing in the park.
Action Required
Please review your current household status and complete the following steps within the next two (2) business days (by Friday, July 31, 2026)
Guest Registration: If you currently have guests staying with you beyond standard short-term visits, (overnight)they must be registered with the management office immediately.
Roommate Approvals: Any unapproved adult residing in your home must submit a background/occupancy application for official management review and approval.
