Congratulations to Josh, our July Employee of the Month!

Josh is a longtime and valued member of our team who leads one of our offsite crews at local dealerships. He brings passion, discipline, and determination to everything he does, whether he is supporting his family, leading his crew, completing a job, building his own clothing brand, or coaching youth basketball.

Those who work alongside Josh describe him as hardworking, resilient, confident, loyal, caring, consistent, and dependable. He genuinely cares about his team’s success and understands that great leadership is not only about getting the work done. It is also about helping the people around you become better. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way have earned him the trust and respect of his team.

That leadership also extends beyond the workplace. As a youth basketball coach, Josh gives his time and energy to encouraging young athletes, teaching them discipline, teamwork, confidence, and the importance of working hard. His willingness to invest in the next generation is another example of the caring and dedicated person he is.

Beyond his accomplishments at work and in the community, Josh is an amazing father and husband who leads his family with love, strength, and devotion. He works hard to provide, stays present for the people who matter most, and brings the same loyalty, patience, and determination into his home that he shows everywhere else. The love he has for his family is clear in everything he does, and the example he sets as a husband and father is one of the greatest reflections of the man he has become.

Josh is also the kind of person people know they can call on. No matter what he may be facing himself, he finds a way to show up for others. When he sets his mind on a goal, he gives everything he has to make it happen. The growth he has shown, both personally and professionally, is something everyone around him can be proud of. The old Josh would be incredibly proud of the man and leader he has become today.

Josh, thank you for your leadership, integrity, dedication, and the example you set every day. We are proud to have you on our team and excited to see everything you continue to accomplish.

Detail 360 is incredibly proud and honored to have volunteered our services for Wings of Hope by detailing this aircraft ahead of its upcoming auction.

Knowing that the proceeds will help support an organization whose work changes and saves lives makes this project especially meaningful to our entire team.

Wings of Hope is a humanitarian aviation nonprofit that uses the power of flight to connect people with critical care and essential resources. Through its Medical Relief & Air Transport program, the organization provides free air transportation to children and adults who need specialized medical treatment that is not available close to home. Many of the patients it serves are facing rare, congenital, or life-threatening conditions, and these flights help relieve families of the financial, physical, and logistical burden of traveling long distances for care. Wings of Hope also supports aviation-based humanitarian partners around the world, helping bring medical teams and aid to remote communities while making emergency medical evacuations possible. Its education and outreach programs also introduce young people to aviation and provide hands-on opportunities in STEM.

We are grateful that Detail 360 could contribute to that mission in our own way. Ed, Eli, and Matt donated their time, skill, and attention to detail to prepare this aircraft for auction, and we could not be prouder of the work they accomplished. Every polished surface represents something much bigger: an opportunity to raise funds, expand access to care, strengthen communities, and bring hope to people when they need it most.

Thank you to Wings of Hope for trusting us with this aircraft and allowing us to support such an extraordinary organization. It was truly a privilege to be involved, and we are excited to see the impact this plane will make when it goes to auction!

Changing lives can take many forms, and sometimes, it takes wings.

From July 15 – August 15, we’re partnering with Marcy's Project to collect much-needed hygiene items for individuals and families in our community.

What a cute event! We enjoyed the power wheels competition at 370 Lakeside Park on Saturday.
The participants were able to clean up their rides at the Detail 360 car wash!!
