Providing Solutions for Public Safety

Emergency Services originated from an idea of Rob George, its founder, of providing a unified solution for Public Safety fleet needs. Based on his work at Professional Med Team as a fleet manager, Rob saw the need for a single-source solution for maintenance, repairs, and the installation of radio equipment and emergency lighting. Having to send his company’s units to various service shops in Muskegon for these services, which increased additional downtime and transportation and frequently resulted in re-work among vendors and overall increased fleet maintenance costs, was very frustrating.

In January of 2011, Emergency Services, LLC was created in Muskegon Michigan. It began in a small shop located at 3011 South Mill Iron Road, with Rob still working his full time job at Professional Med Team. In 2012, Emergency Services added six staff members as the business slowly grew. Eventually the concept of Public Safety Solutions caught on, with Muskegon County Sheriff’s Department and Professional Med Team subscribing as customers. Before long, Emergency Services’ growing reputation brought in more business.

As a result of its continued growth, Emergency Services, LLC was able to expand into body shop repairs and eventually became specialists in the remounting and refurbishment of modular ambulances for customers in North America.
