It’s with a heavy heart that we share the news of Wendall “Windy”” Philmalee the founder of Windy’s Collision Center passed away this morning. He Started Windy’s Collision in March of 1971. He worked closely with is Wife Eleanor for many years until their son Jon took it over. May he rest in peace now with Eleanor.
