As part of the KTH team, you’ll help maintain and improve our facility while working with experienced associates, contractors, and teams throughout the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working with their hands.

🔌 What You’ll Do:
• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical equipment
• Work with VFDs, MCCs, breakers, substations, switches, and bus ducts
• Troubleshoot facility equipment and Building Management Systems
• Work with HVAC, air compressors, pumps, cooling towers, plumbing, and piping
• Recommend equipment and facility improvements
• Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes, and other equipment
• Share your knowledge and mentor fellow associates
• Participate in training and professional development

🎓 What We’re Looking For:
• Two-year Electrical degree OR equivalent experience
• Electrical Journeyman card OR 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and shutdowns as needed

Join KTH Parts Industries and take a key leadership role in financial reporting, compliance, and consolidated accounting for a Tier-1 automotive supplier.

We’re seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee reporting accuracy, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial operations across the K-Group.

What you’ll do:
• Lead accounting, JSOX compliance, and internal control activities
• Coordinate JSOX documentation (narratives and RCMs) across the K-Group
• Manage debt compliance for KTH, KMI, and KLP
• Prepare monthly and year-end consolidated financial statements and footnotes
• Oversee internal/external audits, including inventory and financial reviews
• Support month-end close and subsidiary reporting processes
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Communicate updates in accounting standards to staff

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
✔️ 10+ years of accounting experience
