I am sick of negative reviews on Google by people that have never even purchased a home from us.
So here is my rant on Google Reviews. I bet they take it down

Dear Google Reviews,

I want to give you a -25 star rating for being the demise of small business owners across America.

When someone posts a review, you do not have any way of vetting the validity of that review.

People can lie through their teeth and you do nothing about it.
I have so many bad reviews from people that have never purchased anything from me, but yet you will not remove the review, you simply tell me it does not violate your policy and that I should contact the customer and work it out with them.

That would be great if they were actually customers and I knew how to reach out to them to help them.

We know how to contact "OUR" customers and we respond and take care of any issues as promptly as we can.

I do not solicit positive reviews and pay for your service to get positive reviews, as I think that is not an honest way of doing business.

I guess I could "Block" reviews and go hide under a rock but I am not that type of person either.

So I guess I have no power but to sit there and watch you let people lie and destroy small businesses as I have watched many people lie about companies and tear them down when I know for a fact they are great companies and run by great people.

You should have a better system. Or at least give the small business a chance to respond before letting it be published.

Small minded people hate and hate on others. You are a very good resource for them.

As for me, when I personally interact with customers, I often times ask them if they have read my reviews and they say yes and just start laughing.

Most people can read between the lines and know that it is a competitor putting someone up to writing a fake review or that it is someone that could not get financed by the bank and take it out on us.

So I do thank you for the laughs that I share with potential customers.

But I think you and your business model are despicable.
You allow stupid people to hate on and hurt innocent people so shame on you

You should be ashamed.
