It is always your choice where your car gets repaired! Always! Insurance companies will make it sound like you “have” to go to their preferred shop.

Never trust someone who owes you money decide how much money they owe you.

Why would you trust that the shop they have a deal with has your best interest at heart?

At Ken Smith Autobody Inc we have zero agreements with any insurance companies. We work for you, we do not work for the insurance companies. This does not mean we don’t work with them to get your car repaired.

Who are you going to trust is looking out for you? Insurance company? The shop they have an agreement with? Or a shop that works for you?
