John Hailey is part of our Mopar family.
He’s been bed ridden since December. He doesn’t have health insurance.The doctors at Duke were able to do a case study to fine his knees and feet ligaments had not healed properly from a previous injury and needs surgery.
It was mandatory that he stay off his feet, keep them elevated and absolutely no weight bearing to try to get to where they could start physical therapy. He also has digestive problems.

There was a home health nurse that would visit and would bring a lift that could get him up and wheelchaired to take showers.
Then his water was cut off in March. As long as there is no water the nurse had stopped coming.

I tell ya’, it’s sad that this world has set standards for young men so high that if they ask for help there they’re considered weak.
He’s to uncomfortable to as for help.
I had to have a get real moment with him, tell him he needs to ask for help. There are people that do care. We should care, he’s such a great guy!

Now his electricity is in jeopardy of being disconnected in 5 days.
I’ve paid some bills recently and even sent money for food. He has always sent me the paid confirmation. This is real!
His electric bill is exactly $842.39. It’s overwhelming! This morning the power company gave him 4 days to pay $545.47.

He lives in South Boston, VA.
If you know any local community organizations that have resources to help, that would be a great benefit.

I would like get 30 ppl to donate $20 each to keep that power on.
Please help if you can.
