Start off the new year with a new opportunity! Steve’s Hot Rod Garage is currently looking to add to our team! We are looking to fill two positions, one lead tech and one auto body tech. We primarily work on classic cars, hot rods, street rods and classic trucks. We get the occasional new sports car come in. These are vehicles our customers use for enjoyment and to take their minds off of day to day stress. You won’t be working on high mileage mini vans or greasy work trucks ran into the ground.

Lead tech will need to have experience with cars mechanical and electrical systems. Need to be well educated and trained in maintenance, repairs and upgrades. We restore vehicles, we build vehicles and we also keep customers vehicles running right. Experience is a must, we aren’t looking for anyone who needs training or a learning opportunity at this time.

Auto body tech needs to have experience in body work and what it takes to make a vehicle straight. You don’t have to be proficient in metal work but some experience is a bonus. Need to know how to spray primer and block filler/primer. Body work experience is a must, we aren’t looking for anyone who needs training or a learning opportunity at this time. No paint experience necessary but willing to learn painting would be a plus!

Customer called us a long way from home after completing the and needing some direction and assistance with some bad fuel leaks and a serious electrical problem which is a bad combo to have!
