After more testing, the three injectors that were assembled incorrectly had to be replaced. Once finished, the truck was still hard to start cold. Here are some of the culprits. Broken oil drain back valve, aftermarket oil and fuel filters, incorrect oil cap, and low fuel pressure (as a result). To correct that, the tank was cleaned out, a new lift pump was installed, and the blue spring kit was added. You can see the trash that came from the tank, and the Fuel Pump Strainer had been damaged previously.

Injectors were correctly reassembled, with all new o-rings and reinstalled. Air leak still present. Removed oil rails again and replaced the o-rings for the ball sockets, and installed the new HPOP and J-tube. As you can see, the previous installation of the oil rail stripped one bolt hole, so tapped the hole and installed a new bolt.
