May 13th was Beautification Day in St. Charles. This has been a town wide tradition for decades that TPI is happy to be a part of. The high school kids and all the volunteers did a great job of helping to make our town look great with new plantings, adding mulch, sprucing up old flower beds and so much more. TPI & MTI made a donation to the cause and in turn, received the beautiful red pot of flowers located by the front doors. 😊🌷🌺

We are looking for hard-working production operators to assist in the manufacturing process. Production Operator responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.

Production Worker Responsibilities:

- Following health and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Assembling products and parts.
- Following production guidelines and specifications.
- Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Performing other tasks as assigned/requested per the supervisor.

TPI's employees wanted to do a little something for a family in our community this holiday season.
As a company, we raised $923 on top of donations. We were able to fill their wish list plus extras for the children and provide a basket full of toiletries for the family. We also gifted them a Turkey and some fixings for a holiday meal. We hope their Christmas will be a little more Merry this year 😊
