Full-time | Schedule: 4-day work week

Role overview
We’re seeking a motivated technician to join our growing team. You will service, diagnose and repair European vehicles with an emphasis on BMW and Porsche. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong diagnostic ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Key responsibilities
• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory and aftermarket diagnostic tools
• Perform preventative maintenance and complex repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension and electronics
• Road test vehicles and verify repairs
• Maintain thorough work order documentation, communicate with service advisors and customers when needed
• Participate in training and shop meetings, assist in mentorship of junior techs when applicable
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Skills & qualifications
Required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an automotive technician (experience with European cars preferred)
• Proficiency with diagnostics and repair procedures
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical bulletins, and repair manuals
• Own a basic set of hand tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred
• Experience specifically with BMW and Porsche models
• ASE certifications, manufacturer (BMW/Porsche) training or equivalent factory experience
• Familiarity with BMW ISTA, Porsche PIWIS, or similar diagnostic systems
