The Shoe Drive is part of the important work of Kids of Kanawha, providing resources and support to Kanawha County Schools students throughout their educational journeys.

Under her leadership, the dealership has earned national recognition for performance, customer experience, and team development, reflecting her commitment to building strong teams and investing in people.

In addition to her work in the automotive industry, Meghan is the Founder and President of the West Virginia Women’s Alliance, a nonpartisan organization focused on improving outcomes for women and families across the state. A graduate of the University of Virginia and Washington and Lee University School of Law, she is passionate about connecting business leadership with civic engagement and empowering the next generation of West Virginia leaders.
