Chandler’s Automotive is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician / Shop Foreman to join our growing team!

We are searching for a motivated leader with strong repair knowledge, heavy diagnostic expertise, and the ability to keep shop operations running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who can confidently diagnose complex vehicle issues, lead technicians, and maintain high-quality repairs.

🔧 Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily shop workflow and technician productivity
• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• Assist technicians with difficult repairs and problem-solving
• Ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently
• Help maintain a clean and organized shop
• Train and mentor technicians when needed
• Verify quality of completed repairs before delivery

✅ Qualifications:
• Strong automotive repair background required
• Heavy diagnostic experience required
• Ability to diagnose complex electrical and drivability issues
• Leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Experience using modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license required
• ASE certifications are a plus
