Real positive when you have a young woman at front desk that takes forever to even get what is needed sent then after a day of B's then ask to have truck inspected by a mechanic that is driving a Saturn blowing blue smoke out of the tail pipe. Young lady up front says ok manager will look at it just saying they have to Open up motor to inspect it and trans with that mechanic and you tell her no he is not touching your truck. But are ok with a shop touching it or the owner. Then she yells denied. I call to apologize because it is a respectful thing to do and are told owner will reach out to him never reaching out. And now office worker is upset because I am selling the truck to fund repairs for my wife's beloved jeep and her and kids vacation. (That's called being a good husband and father) To my wife reaching out to figure out what can be done to save me from selling my hard to find dream truck. The difference is the respect and your employees are the face of the company and a mechanic is only known for his mistakes. Will not recommend ever and will be putting up on Tik Tok and my insta accounts that have thousands of followers. Highly recommend reading the Google reviews it is not the first time this has happened multiple people have got this same attitude and experience then trys to threaten you with a tracker in your vehicle depending on what tracker can fail and damage cars wiring and computers. But fyi so people know in Arizona not illegal if it is in their contract you sign. Will give that have to keep a eye on and asset investments are in. Not professional at all
