🚗 Mercedes & European Vehicle A/C Leak Diagnosis 🚗

This beautiful Mercedes S550 came to us with an A/C system that was slowly losing refrigerant. The challenge? The leak was so small that traditional UV dye testing showed no visible signs of a leak anywhere in the system.

🔍 After a thorough inspection, our advanced electronic refrigerant leak detector (sniffer) quickly identified the source of the problem — the A/C evaporator core hidden deep inside the dashboard.

⚠️ On many Mercedes-Benz and European vehicles, replacing the evaporator is a major repair because the entire dashboard must be removed to gain access. As you can see from these photos, this is not a shortcut job.

✅ UV dye showed nothing due to the extremely small leak
✅ Our professional leak detection equipment pinpointed the issue immediately
✅ Complete dashboard removal required for evaporator replacement
