Harness dates awarded to Fresno (California)

The California Horse Racing Board on Wednesday granted dates for a six-month daytime harness racing meeting at the Big Fresno Fair from November 2026 to early May 2027.

Wager and Wager will host a informational meeting at Running Aces Saturday July 26th, The meeting will be a update from Watch and Wager on talks regarding a new home for California Harness Racing. All interested parties are invited. Lunch will be served beginning @ 1pm.

We're halfway through the 2024-25 WatchandWager Cal Expo season and the chase for leading driver is a tight one so far between Nick Roland and Luke Plano heading into the weekend!

Racing resumes tonight at 9:45pm ET / 6:45pm PT with 10 races. Three-year-old colts and geldings face off in the feature race, the $20,000 California Sire Stakes in Race 7.
