24/7 Customer Tools:
After years of shopping online ourselves we sought out a better solution for resolving customer service claims and providing on demand order update services. We have custom built our own customer control panel system that allows our customers to submit a customer service claim form online in less than a few minutes and then have 24/7 access to the claim and all update history as we work to quickly resolve the issue. In addition our customers can request an update on their order at any time where the order will be added to our Urgent Update Queue and you will receive a follow-up on that within 1 business day.
