Big congratulations to Billy Therriault, one of our skilled Master technicians, who was just honored by Subaru of New England for an incredible achievement! 🎉

Billy's work was selected as Subaru of America,'s National QMR (Quality Monitoring Report) of the Month, chosen out of more than 25,000 Subaru technicians across the entire country!

So what's a QMR? It's way more than your average repair report. When a technician cracks a tough diagnostic case, they document the whole journey - testing, photos, repair steps, all of it. That info goes straight to Subaru's engineers, helping shape future vehicle designs and technical bulletins that make life easier for technicians and customers everywhere.

Billy's report stood out as the very best in the nation this month. His sharp eye, patience, and dedication to getting things right for our customers shine through in everything he does.

As part of the Subaru Loves to Care campaign, Patriot Subaru is proud to have donated 80 cozy blankets to Northern Light Mercy Hospital's Cancer Care Center, bringing warmth and comfort to patients during treatment.

However, the giving didn't stop there! In an effort to collect as many Messages of Hope as possible, Patriot's Community Coordinator Dakota McGuire teamed up with Sarah Kelley, Social Worker for NLMH, at the Beyond the Ribbon event - a beautiful National Cancer Survivors' Day celebration. Together, they gathered heartfelt messages of encouragement from survivors and their families, reminders that hope and support make all the difference.

To wrap things up, the Patriot Subaru team met with the Mercy team in person to deliver the boxes of blankets straight to the cancer center, perfectly timed for A/C season, when a little extra warmth is always welcome! ❄️➡️☀️
