A friend sent this to us and said it made them think of Cowan’s, and we can’t express how much it touched us! It is so true… Our place is more than car repair. We get to know our customers (which is why you see us refer to them as “customer friend”) and many times they become friends with each other. We watch their children grow, follow their illness and injuries journies, celebrate their happy milestones and are the humble recipients of their tokens of gratitude for our service: thank you notes, homemade cookies and cake, pizza parties… Those gestures mean the world to us - they are the messages of trust and appreciation that fuel our work.
