I am an American Small Business owner. Although I do write estimates, you don't have to have an estimate from me for me to do your repairs. I accept all insurance estimates. Insurance company have you take your vehicle to their "Preferred" shop for an estimate? Even though the estimate is written by the preferred shop, you can still bring me your estimate from that shop. I'll be happy to work off of that estimate. I also sell used cars.

Yet another completed vehicle waiting on the insurance company to do their job correctly and in a timely manner. It's getting tough out here folks. We believe in repairing the vehicle and getting our customers back in them quickly and safely. Insurance companies are dragging their feet and trying to blame the shops.
