I am an American Small Business owner. Although I do write estimates, you don't have to have an estimate from me for me to do your repairs. I accept all insurance estimates. Insurance company have you take your vehicle to their "Preferred" shop for an estimate? Even though the estimate is written by the preferred shop, you can still bring me your estimate from that shop. I'll be happy to work off of that estimate. I also sell used cars.

We sent in a supplement on Friday morning before 9:00am. Had to have the customer call them this morning. They finally called me to move forward. Denied used parts clean up on the parts they demanded we used. Had dents, rolled under corners, scratches and dents. All small but had to be addressed. They say the parts supplier has to cover the cost of clean up for paint. No sir, with new parts, we sand, seal, color, clear. Easy as that. Used parts needed to be repaired before painting. That is on you State Farm! This is not the only problem, many other issues. State Farm is such a joke!!
