🚗 IS YOUR VEHICLE READY FOR WINTER? ❄️
🍁 Fall is here, and winter won’t be far behind!⛄️

Minnesota winter has a way of finding the weak spots in a vehicle — usually at the worst possible time. So before the cold really sets in, we’re offering a FREE Fall Readiness Check — no purchase necessary!

We’ll take a look at the basics that can make a big difference once temperatures drop:

✅ Battery test & condition
✅ Tire tread & condition
✅ Fluid levels
✅ Wipers
✅ Exterior lights
✅ Heating system operation

There’s no obligation to have any repairs done. Our goal is simply to help identify potential problems now instead of finding out about them on a freezing morning or alongside the road.

😳 THIS came in today for “just an oil change”…

While servicing the vehicle, we checked the engine air filter and found this.

That filter is supposed to let clean air into the engine. Instead, it was absolutely packed with dirt, debris and buildup. Compare the old filter to the new one in the photos — that’s a huge difference.

A restricted air filter can contribute to reduced airflow, poorer fuel economy, sluggish performance and unnecessary strain on the engine.

This is also a good reminder that not all oil changes are the same.

A quality oil change should be more than simply draining the oil, installing a filter and sending the vehicle out the door. Basic maintenance items should be looked over so problems like this don’t continue going unnoticed service after service.

At East Central Auto Repair, we want to know what condition your vehicle is actually in — not just change the oil and move on.

✅ Oil & filter service
✅ Engine air filter inspection
✅ Fluid and maintenance checks
✅ Vehicle inspection
✅ AAA Approved Auto Repair
✅ NAPA AutoCare Center

The cheapest oil change isn’t always the best value. Make sure whoever is servicing your vehicle is actually looking it over.

🚛🔧 LOCAL BUSINESS & FLEET OWNERS — WE WANT YOUR INPUT!
👇 Would Saturday repair service make running your business easier?

East Central Auto Repair is considering expanding our hours and offering SATURDAY REPAIR SERVICE specifically for local businesses and fleet customers.

The idea is simple:

✅ Drop your truck or work vehicle off Friday evening
✅ We service or repair it Saturday
✅ Have it ready to go before the workweek starts
✅ Less downtime during normal business hours
✅ Pickup & delivery options available

Before we make the commitment to staffing Saturdays, we want to know if local businesses would actually use it.

If Saturday repair service would be beneficial to your business, comment “YES” below.

If you’d like, tell us what kind of fleet you operate too — pickups, vans, diesel trucks, trailers, semis, service vehicles, etc.

We’d especially like to hear from contractors, trucking companies, delivery companies, excavation companies, landscapers, municipalities, farms, service companies and anyone else who depends on their vehicles during the week.

🍂 Fall is officially here—and colder weather can bring unexpected vehicle problems!

Weak batteries, low tire pressure, worn wiper blades, heating and defrost issues, and hard starting can all become more noticeable as temperatures drop. Don’t wait until your vehicle leaves you stranded.

Can’t get away from work or home? We make vehicle repairs easier with FREE pickup and delivery within our service area. We’ll pick up your vehicle from your home or workplace, bring it to our shop, and return it when the repairs are complete.

🔧 Have an Extended Warranty? 🚗
Let Us Handle the Headache.

If something goes wrong with your vehicle, dealing with the repair is stressful enough. You shouldn’t have to spend your time going back and forth with the warranty company, too.

At East Central Auto Repair, we work directly with extended warranty companies to help make the process as easy as possible.

✅ We diagnose the problem
✅ We contact the warranty company
✅ We provide the documentation they need
✅ We work through the approval process
✅ And most importantly, we advocate for our customers and their repairs

You bought that warranty for a reason. When it’s time to use it, bring your vehicle and warranty information to us and we’ll help take it from there.
