We’re a busy, fast-paced body shop looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy multitasking, staying organized, and being part of the automotive repair process, this role could be a great fit.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
* Handle paperwork and data entry for estimates, repair orders, and customer files
* Order parts and track deliveries
* Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide updates to customers
* Assist with billing, invoicing, and communication with insurance companies
* Support the team with general office duties and help keep things running smoothly

🔧 What We’re Looking For:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent phone and communication etiquette
* Basic knowledge of auto parts and repair processes (a plus, not required)
* Experience with office software and/or shop management programs
* Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
