Check out our latest customer RV listing. It’s a beautiful 2023 Thor Four Winds 22E. Only ~13k miles. Asking $64,500.  I’ll share a few photos here as well as a link to the posting on RVTrader. This thing is a gem and has been extremely well maintained, always stored indoors and very low miles. It doesn’t get much better than this won’t last. Will caption this: “when the technician becomes the customer”
If it can go wrong… it did 🤷‍♀️
-Exploding house battery 💥 (literally!)
-Ran out of propane at shower time 🔥
-Mice 🐭 (despite no heat)
-Woke up to 57° in the camper 🥶

So yeah… a short weekend. 😂 BUT we still carved out a few hours to get on the water today, get some beautiful sunshine, and just breathe for a minute. Sometimes that’s all you need.

Alright RV friends… we could use some real-world input 👇 We’re thinking about adding Starlink to our setup for camping AND staying connected while traveling (like going 70 mph down the road).

📘Oh, the places “he’ll” go…
where the daylight barely shows.

Through a door just so small,
past a beam and a wall,
with one arm reaching high
and the other asking, “oh now, but why?” 😅

He’ll twist and he’ll turn,
there’s always something new to learn—
like how just one more inch
turns a lil squeeze to a major pinch.

With a flashlight and grit,
he somehow will fit,
half in the camper,
half out in the sun—
(if you ask me, it doesn’t look like much fun 😆)

But when something is leaking
or creaking or worse,
he’s diving right in…
no matter the curse.

Because RVs don’t care
if the space is too small,
and neither does he
when there’s fixing for ya’ll.

So if your camper’s acting up
and you don’t know where to go…
just remember this moment—

Four years ago today, an awful tornado tore a path of destruction through central Iowa, including our home … and our little home-based business, Family First RV. In an instant, both our home and our day-to-day foundation were shaken beyond repair. The weeks and months that followed were incredibly emotional and challenging as we worked to rebuild, while still showing up for our customers.

What we will never forget, though, is the overwhelming support from friends, family, our customers, and our community. That support helped carry us through one of the hardest seasons of our lives and we are forever grateful!
