Auto Detailer / Shop Assistant / Paint Prep

Sierra Blanca Collision repair shop is looking for a motivated team member to help keep operations running smoothly.

We’re hiring someone who can handle vehicle detailing, shop clean-up, and assisting our paint department with prep work. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the collision repair trade and grow with a professional team.

Responsibilities:
• Vehicle detailing (interior & exterior)
• Shop organization and general clean-up
• Masking and prep work for paint department
• Helping move vehicles and maintain workflow
• Supporting technicians when needed

Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced shop
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in detailing or body shop work is a plus (but willing to train the right person)

We currently have two amazing companies on site this week helping us complete more upgrades to our facility. We believe in constantly reinvesting. Always put your business first, re-invest, treat people right, that’s the foundation of long-term success. I am grateful to God for the blessings that allow us to grow, improve, and support other hardworking businesses that provide for their families. Business is a cycle — when we outsource upgrades, we strengthen our local economy and create not only value in our own businesses, but value that benefits everyone. Never look at it as just a cost. It’s an investment in people, progress, and the future of our small community. Thank you to all the hardworking professionals who help make this possible.
