Finished the Behr Wingcell compressor overhaul. All the vanes inside were stuck. Luckily, everything cleaned up ok. I found a seal kit and a new clutch bearing.

I'm making an attempt at rebuilding a wing cell compressor for a special application. Proper plating assures positive results. Be sure you address spring steel applications and your plater knows how to avoid hydrogen embrittlement.

Also shown is another differential getting rebuilt and restored. I have a couple more of these going, send your diffs if you want in. I can also provide 1.5 way modification to your clutch type L*D.

This Dinan Supercharged E39 M5 was having clutch issues. I went with a Clutch Masters kit with a steel flywheel for street use. With a larger friction disk, almost 1", this kit a completely new design over standard aftermarket kits. I was thrilled when feel and response were improved without sacrificing comfort, pedal weight or noise.
