Early Bird / Night Owl Drop Box & Key Locker Reminder

To make vehicle drop-off and pick-up more convenient, we offer an Early Bird/Night Owl drop box for customers who need to leave their vehicle outside of regular business hours.

When dropping off your vehicle, please fill out the envelope completely, include your keys, and place it securely in the drop box. This allows our service team to check in your vehicle as soon as we open.

For after-hours pick-up, we also have secure key lockers available. Once your vehicle is ready and payment arrangements are completed, we can place your keys in a locker and provide you with the access instructions so you can pick up your vehicle at a time that works best for you.

Our goal is to make service simple, secure, and convenient — whether you’re an early bird, a night owl, or just working around a busy schedule.

🚗💨 Think your A/C just needs a recharge? Think again.

This vehicle came in blowing warm air, and the culprit was a leaking A/C condenser. When the condenser develops a leak, refrigerant escapes, causing poor cooling performance and putting extra strain on the entire A/C system.

Signs you may have a leaking condenser:
❄️ A/C isn't blowing cold
❄️ Takes longer to cool the cabin
❄️ Visible oily residue around the condenser
❄️ Frequent need for refrigerant recharges

🚨 What Happens When You Put the Wrong Coolant in Your Vehicle? 🚨

Today we're working on a 2017 Audi Q7 that came into the shop with a serious cooling system issue. The problem? Another shop added the wrong type of coolant.

Many people think coolant is just coolant, but modern vehicles—especially European vehicles like Audi—require specific coolant formulations designed to work with the metals, seals, and components in the cooling system.

When incompatible coolants are mixed together, a chemical reaction can occur that causes the coolant to coagulate, turning it into a thick gel or sludge. This sludge can clog heater cores, radiators, water passages, and even damage water pumps and other cooling system components. The result can be overheating, expensive repairs, and potential engine damage.

The lesson here is simple: Always verify the correct coolant specification for your vehicle before topping off the system. The color of the coolant alone is not a reliable indicator of compatibility. What matters is the manufacturer's specification.

A few dollars saved by using the wrong coolant can quickly turn into thousands of dollars in repairs.

If you're not sure what coolant your vehicle requires, check your owner's manual or consult a trusted repair professional before adding anything to the cooling system.
