We don't care to go above and beyond, even on the weekends, to help you when you're in a bind! After hitting a rock and shearing the pin that holds the pulley to the deck, a quick repair on this John Deere lawn mower will have the grass cut before Monday rolls around! Wear and tear on a work truck will take it's toll. This truck had a lot of life left in it, but the frame has had enough! No big deal. With the weight removed (via a jack), we were able to close the gap and re-join the spereated section. Initially this job was difficult, with the remaining material fighting us the whole way, it was thin and difficult to lay a good, clean weld. After some building up, and patience, we had a result that I was satisfied with! Here are just a few pictures of the step-by-step process!

Sometimes you can't buy replacement parts locally! On this 1994 Explorer, this hanger was rotten and broke. We cut out the bad stuff, made a template matching the other side, and cut two new brackets with the plasma cutter to match the original shape of the OEM bracket! Short and simple, back on the road!
