Join our growing collision repair team! We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to support our Parts Department while serving as a Backup Estimator when needed.

Responsibilities

* Order, receive, and manage auto body parts inventory
* Verify parts accuracy and quality for repairs
* Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and insurance companies
* Track parts status and ensure timely delivery
* Assist with repair estimates and supplements as needed
* Support customer communication regarding repair progress
* Maintain organized records and documentation

Qualifications

* Experience in auto body parts, collision repair, or automotive estimating preferred
* Knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts
* Familiarity with estimating software is a plus
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Valid driver’s license
