We were mentioned on the City of Roswell page about our new build! How cool.
Here's the latest information from City of Roswell Community Development Director Jessica Vickers about new development taking place in the community.
> Silva Law Offices: This new-construction project at 3600 N. Main St. is in the first phase of development that will feature 5,000 square feet of office space.
> American AgCredit: This new-construction project at 1300 W. Country Club Road will consist of 7,264 square feet of office space.
> Roswell Surgery Center: This new-construction project at 1400 W. Country Club Road will feature a 14,441-square-foot surgical center.
> R/T Towing and Recovery: This new 2,400 square-foot metal garage at 1000 S. Atkinson Ave. will feature two bays, as well as office space.
> Starlight Plaza: This new commercial construction project at 3606 N. Main St. will feature 9,400 square feet of commercial tenant space.
> Maverick Gas/Convenience Store: This new-construction project at 1410 SE Main St. will feature a 4,425-square-foot convenience store with a 4,592-square-foot fueling station canopy.
> Allison’s Home Supply House: This new 9,800-square-foot building at 105 N. Pennsylvania Ave. will feature a warehouse, showroom and office space for the existing adjacent business on West Second Street.
> Murphy Oil USA: A land-development permit has been issued for 1001 W. Second St. and dirt work has commenced in order to grade the site for a three-lot master plan.
> Kymera: This is a new 3,157-square-foot addition to the existing Kymera multi-disciplinary medical clinic at 400 Military Heights Place.
> Burrito Express: The existing 1,727-square-foot building at 2512 W. Second St. will be repurposed and remodeled to create a new location for Burrito Express West.
> Roswell Nissan: A new 35'-by-110' shop addition for motor vehicle repairs will be added to Roswell Nissan’s location at 2111 W. Second St.
