Responsibilities: As the Manager at Tier 1 Washing Services, you will play a vital role in leading a team of detailers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of detailers: You will oversee a team of skilled detailers, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high standards of work quality.
Customer acquisition and relationship management: You will actively contribute to acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will be essential in this role.
Operations management: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
Quality control: You will ensure that all car detailing and pressure washing services meet the company's standards of excellence, performing regular inspections and implementing improvement measures.
Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
Experience: A minimum of [2] years of experience in the car detailing and pressure washing industry is required. Previous management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Leadership skills: You must possess strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
