Had the pleasure of tuning on the current na 2v 4.6 record holding car today. Pardon the slight smoke as it had a small oil leak. We chose to go ahead with today’s session as it wasn’t hurting anything.

Best part about it. 9200 rpm and a g101a stick shift trans. 😎

To whom it may concern. I hate I even have to make a post. In light of multiple vehicles being scheduled for TUNING and brought in with various issues.

Please see the following:

If your car or truck has exhaust manifolds or headers leaking. It’s not ready to be tuned!

If your car or truck over heats. It’s not ready to be tuned!

If your car or truck is leaking or pouring coolant, oil, fuel, brake fluid, trans fluid. It’s not ready to be tuned!

If your car or truck does not have adequate or functional brakes. It’s not ready to be tuned!

If the wiring is laying on headers, drive shafts, steering shafts, DLC in the engine bay, inaccessible CAN connector. It’s not ready to be tuned!

If your car or truck has issues and the tuning session ends early due to those issues. The price is still the same.

If after all your issues are resolved and you then bring it back for validation of calibration, it’s by the hour and not a full tune price. Only the time it takes to strap it back down and complete the tasks aborted due to non Tuning related problems will be charged.

Waivers will now need signed prior to any Tuning from this day forward. This can be done via an email sent to you and signed and returned prior to your visit. There will also be paper copies on hand if you prefer to sign at the time of the appointment.

Do issues arise? Sure they do. But let’s help each other out by looking for the obvious and it will go much smoother for everyone. 😉
