We would like to share a quick update: at the moment, we are waiting to attend a meeting with the county to obtain approval for a vertical wall pond design and plan. Scheduled for January 2026

🚨Project Update🚨

We've successfully completed the first phase of the replotting process with the City of Iowa Colony! Next, we'll be working with Brazoria County Drainage District 4. After that, we'll proceed with recording the replot with Brazoria County. Fingers crossed for a smooth final stretch!
