Butler's Collision

Butler's Collision Butler Collision, a collision repair and auto glass repair shop based in Roseville, Michigan, has be Daniel has learned the business from the bottom up.

Butler’s Collision began in 1979 as a family business located in Roseville, owned and operated by Donald and Twila Butler, Robert and Gloria Butler and Roy and Roseanna Schnepper. After only a short time in business Robert and Gloria Butler moved to Ga***rd Michigan and opened Ga***rd Collision which is still going strong today. Butler’s Collision continued with the intent to make every customer h

appy and by 1995 Don and Twila Butler retired. Since then, Roy and Roseanna Schnepper have been the sole owners of Butler’s Collision continuing the mission began in 1979 to treat each customer as we would want to be treated, giving personal service with professional results at their Roseville Michigan collision shop. In the late 1990’s a third generation of the family decided to try the collision repair business. Daniel Schnepper started working in the shop while going to high school. Daniel went on to college and earned a business degree along with other training and certifications that the industry provides. Daniel now has an active role in the oversight of Butler’s Collision.

On May 6, 1979 Butler's Collision officially open it's doors. Wow it has been 47 years. As the owners of Butler's Collision my wife, Roseanna Schnepper and myself are extremely grateful for our very loyal customer base. We have worked hard to provide great personal service with professional results.

It takes a great team of people to make that happen and over 47 years we have been blessed by some very dedicated individuals. I need to thank a few of them because they played a big role in our success. David Hartley came to work for us around 1980 and worked for us for over 40+ years before he retired. I could write pages about Dave and the value he brought to our business but that would not be enough, he was also a great person outside of an employee.
Another employee is Tim Kauffman. Tim has been with us for close to 30 years. He is such a hard worker and an example to others in our shop on what a good work ethic is. Tim's son Jonathan has joined our team a few years back and shares some of his dad's attributes.
There is one more that deserves a shout out and that is our son Daniel Schnepper. He started working at the shop while in high school keeping the shop clean and cleaning and detailing cars and 25+ years later he is the GM of Butler's Collision. He learned the business by working in every aspect of the shop. He has done all the training and truly has a desire to make sure the cars we fix are fixed properly. He is my right hand and I would be loss without him.

The rest of our staff is also wonderful. From Bonnie and Josiah in the front office, Michael and Brooklynn in the paint shop, and Jeff, Ethan and Roan taken care of parts and keeping the shop clean.

On behalf of Roseanna and I thank you to our customers and staff for the 47 years of support.

Wishing all our customers a fun-filled Independence Day!

We will be closed for the holiday.

Here are some safe driving tips for the 4th from safetyandhealthmagazine.com:

1. Buckle up: Lack of seat belt use is a top cause of fatalities in crashes.

2. Designate a sober driver or arrange alternate transportation: Data shows that 39% of fatalities that occur during the Fourth of July holiday period involve an alcohol-impaired driver – one of the highest percentages among all of the major holidays.

3. Don’t drive when you’re tired: Make sure you’re well-rested before hitting the road.

4. Slow down: Speeding was a factor in 29% of all traffic deaths in 2021.

5. Check your vehicle: Before heading out, check the oil and tire pressure, and visit ChecktoProtect.org to see if your vehicle has an open recall.

6. Look before you lock: Kids being left in hot cars is still the leading cause of non-crash motor vehicle-related death for children.
