To our valued customers and the wonderful community that has supported us—Thank You! Your patronage has been the driving force behind DC Auto Care & Roadside LLC since day one.

Clarifying Our Family Commitment
Many of you know, but for those who don't, we are a husband and wife team with three young children. In an effort to grow our small business over the past year, we tried utilizing an outside advertising service and hiring an additional mechanic. We sincerely regret those decisions. They unfortunately did not work out for us and we now realize those decisions have impacted the consistency and quality of the service that we have tried so hard to provide.
For any dissatisfaction this caused our valued customers and community members, we would like to sincerely apologize.

Moving forward, we are committed to keeping things the way they were intended: purely family-owned and operated. We are simply a small business trying to survive, help our community, and uphold the quality work you deserve.

Like many families and small businesses right now, we’ve been facing some incredibly challenging times. The current economic climate, compounded by unforeseen health issues and complexities with our current location, has been a heavy burden.

We sincerely apologize if you’ve experienced difficulty reaching us or felt our service wasn't as responsive as usual lately. We’ve been navigating a difficult road, which regrettably includes an impending move from our current shop. We are doing our absolute best to continue serving you while dealing with these internal hurdles.

We want to be transparent: the path ahead is uncertain, and we're fighting hard to stay operational for as long as we can. Your support has brought us this far, and we are incredibly grateful.

Please know that regardless of what the future holds for our physical location, we are committed to standing behind our warranties and our work, just as you have stood behind us.
