Good morning. We would like to take a moment to address several key aspects of our business operations. As a small, family-owned business, we have a single mechanic on staff. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure that all vehicles are returned in a timely manner. We will fulfill our obligations, and we request that you do the same. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, as our schedule is carefully coordinated to ensure efficient service delivery. Late arrivals can cause delays, and we appreciate your consideration of our time. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Although we do not schedule appointments on Saturdays, you may see us working on Saturdays as we catch up on scheduled appointments. We strive to accommodate our clients' needs within reason. As business owners and parents, we also prioritize our family life. With three children, two of whom are still in school and participate in sports activities, we must balance our business and family responsibilities. If we do not respond to calls or texts outside of business hours, please know that it is not personal, but rather our attempt to prioritize our family time.
