Unfortunately on Sunday, October 19th, we experienced a computer issue that caused the wash to accept credit card payment but not activate the wash. This was a very isolated incident and because of that we will be refunding all transactions from that day. Please WAIT to review your account for the next few days and let us know if you have any remaining issues next week.
