✨LOOKING FOR A BUYER✨
Riley hand delivered 40 buyers letters this year 👏🎉

Wanna help but can’t buy an entire project? There’s another option!! It’s called “ADD ON MONEY” Here’s how it works:

•Register online as a Buyer
As a “Registered Buyer” you will receive a complimentary catered Cartwrights dinner w/beverages, the best view in the house to a fantastic opening ceremony, an up close view of our communities future.

•When inside the auction barn see the “check in table” you will receive your buyer information, it is then that you may “add on” any amount you choose to any contestant you wish to help. You will need their name and the name of the club they represent. In return you will ALSO receive a tax deduction receipt.

✨Here’s why this is so helpful✨

$20 buys a bottle of conditioner
$30 buys a bag of grain
$50 covers the cost of a show shirt

Some projects began in April while others began at the beginning of the year - that’s a lot of feed, a lot of time, a lot of tears AND a whole lot of joy 🤍

Please consider partnering with these kids-absolutely ANY amount helps!!

Fair is just around the corner & we are heading in full force!! Riley will be there with her lamb Haas 🐑
We would love to have you come support them at the auction.

Did you know that businesses can team up/partner in purchasing a market animal?! This helps support these kids & lessen the burden of a premium purchase price. The kids in these programs spend thousands on raising these animals, not to mention the time & sacrifice. It takes a significant purchase price for many of these kids to break even. Some even end up losing $$$ if their animal had extra expenses or their purchase price doesn’t hit their minimum target.

Another option, you can sign up as a bidder & can put an “add on” flat amount to the final purchase price of the animal, this helps increase the final check for that kiddo.

If you would like to participate in supporting some hard working local youth, I highly encourage you to sign up & attend our livestock auction this year. Partner with another business & you can both claim the tax write off, all for a good cause.
