🐗 Great July Chapter Meeting, Pig Trail H.O.G.! 🐗

Thank you to everyone who came out and joined us for our July Chapter Meeting! We appreciate the energy, support, and involvement from our membership each and every month.

We also want to share an exciting chapter announcement — Darlene Smith has stepped into the role of LOH Officer, and Deb Raymond will be serving as her Assistant. We are excited to see the continued growth, fun, and involvement with our Ladies of Harley!

The Mileage Board has also been updated, and we have some new riders getting into the mix. A special shoutout to Peter Betz, who jumped up 15 spots in the rankings! That just goes to show — anyone can get out there, put on some miles, and make a move.

So keep riding, keep checking in, and keep being part of what makes this chapter great.

🏍️ July Chapter Ride Recap – Happy Jack's, Seneca, MO 🏍️

What an incredible day to be on two (and three) wheels!

Following our July Chapter Meeting, 25 bikes and trikes carrying 32 chapter members rolled out from Pig Trail Harley-Davidson for a beautiful 2-hour scenic ride through the Ozarks to Happy Jack's in Seneca, Missouri.

Together, our chapter logged an impressive 3,750 miles on this ride alone (25 bikes/trikes × 150 miles each)! That's another great contribution toward our Ride 365 goals and a testament to how much our members love to ride.

A huge thank you to Dave "Popeye" Becker for leading another outstanding ride and to Barb "Olive Oyl" Becker for keeping the group together safely from start to finish. Your leadership and dedication help make every chapter ride a success.

From the scenic roads to the great food and even better fellowship, this ride was another reminder of what makes the Pig Trail H.O.G. Chapter so special. The destination is always fun—but it's the people you ride with that make the memories last.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this another fantastic chapter event. We appreciate each of you for helping create a welcoming, fun, and safe riding community.

💧 DON'T LET DEHYDRATION END YOUR RIDE 🏍️☀️

Summer riding in Arkansas and the Ozarks is some of the best riding of the year—but the heat can sneak up on you.

Did you know that while riding, the wind can keep you from realizing how much you're actually sweating? By the time you feel thirsty, you're already starting to become dehydrated.

🚰 Stay Ride Ready:
• Drink water before you leave—not just at stops.
• Take a sip every time you fuel up or take a break.
• Avoid relying on energy drinks or excessive caffeine.
• Wear breathable riding gear and use cooling gear when possible.
• Watch for signs of dehydration: headache, dizziness, fatigue, muscle cramps, or trouble concentrating.

Your motorcycle needs fuel... you need water.

A few extra minutes for hydration can help you stay alert, improve your reaction time, and make every mile safer and more enjoyable.

Ride smart. Ride safe. Ride hydrated.
