I had the absolute honor of having Paul Kordon work alongside me at Flawless Paintless Dent Repair during a rare, recent hailstorm here in Connecticut.
I’ve only been in my new shop for a few months, and if you had told me a year ago that Paul would one day be standing in my shop working alongside me, I honestly wouldn’t have believed you.
Paul is by far one of the best humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is an absolute gold individual and the kind of person you’re genuinely grateful to cross paths with. Sometimes life seems to put the right people in your paths at precisely the right moments.
On top of being an incredible person, he happens to also be an absolutely phenomenal technician. His knowledge, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the way he approaches the trade are something I have tremendous respect for.
Paul also brings an incredible amount of knowledge about the insurance industry and the hail claim process. His understanding of how hail claims are handled, along with his experience navigating the insurance side of the business, is invaluable. He knows what it takes to help make the process run smoothly and get things handled the right way.
Having someone like Paul come through my shop and help during this demanding hailstorm was an experience I’ll never forget. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside him, and even more grateful that I can call him a lifelong friend.
If you’ve never had the chance to meet Paul, I highly suggest you find a way and you’ll understand exactly what I mean.
