I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on the past year and a half, both what I did right and what I need to do better.

Over that time, many of you have known my business as Roane Diagnostics. As of today, we are officially moving forward as

Bullock’s Auto Repair & Diesel.

This change isn’t just about a name. It’s about growth.

I started this business young, as a one-man operation, learning everything the hard way while trying to serve my community, support my family, and build something solid from the ground up. Along the way, I’ll be the first to admit it, I made mistakes. Some were in communication, some in structure, and some in trying to do too much on my own.

What matters most to me is that I’ve owned those mistakes, learned from them, and taken the time to correct them. Over the last several months I’ve tightened my business plan, improved my systems, and refocused on what matters most.

Before this ice hits tonight, we want everyone to know that Roane Diagnostics – Mobile Repair will remain available for repairs and roadside assistance throughout whatever weather comes through.

We operate very capable 4x4 vehicles and will also be pulling people out of ditches as conditions allow. If you’re stranded, won’t start, stuck, or need emergency help — reach out.

Hey everyone — just wanted to give a quick update!
We got locked out of our customer management software in the middle of last week, which made it hard to access our schedule and customer info. We’ve finally regained access, and we’ll be talking with support Monday to make sure everything’s fully back to normal.

Once that’s squared away, we’ll be reaching out to everyone to get back on track with scheduling.
