NO PARKING REMINDER FOR KING FARM FALL FESTIVAL
The King Farm Fall Festival is this Sunday, October 18, 2026

Police will close off all of Saddle Ridge Circle and portions of Saddle Ridge Lane, Reserve Champion Drive, Game Creek Dr and Thompson Dairy Way to all parking and traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Please remove your vehicle to your alley or garage if parked in front of your home or on any of these streets by 9:00 a.m. Sunday October 18. Vehicles will be relocated at the owner's expense if they are not moved.

No parking signs will be posted in the affected areas starting Friday, October 16.

Additionally, the rear parking lot of the Saddle Ridge Community Center behind the pool will be closed for parking starting Friday, October 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. till Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Please do not park your vehicle in the parking lot or your vehicle will be relocated.

King Farm Fall Festival Is Back This Sunday!

Sunday, October 18, 2026
12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saddle Ridge Community Center lawn area and surrounding streets of Saddle Ridge Circle.

The Fall Festival will feature plenty of free activities for neighbors.
Enjoy a horse-drawn hayride around Saddle Ridge Circle, moonbounces, obstacles course inflatables for all ages, the return of scarecrow making, pumpkin decorating, petting zoo, glitter tattoos, Business Expo, food trucks and more!

King Farm favorite band Liquid A will be returning to perform throughout the afternoon.

Lone Oak Brewing will be selling their fall beers and brews!

There is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy. All food and beverage purchases will require a fee, so be sure to bring your wallet and support the food vendors.

The majority of Saddle Ridge Circle, Saddle Ridge Lane as well as areas around the Saddle Ridge Community Center will be closed to all traffic. Residents are encouraged to walk to the event or find parking on adjacent streets. Overflow parking will be located at Safeway in the King Farm Village Center, walk into the event via Thompson Dairy Way.

King Farm Fall Festival Postponed Due to Weather

Unfortunately, due to the forecast for rain showers this Sunday, the King Farm Fall Festival has been postponed to Sunday, October 18, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Saddle Ridge Community Center lawn area and surrounding streets of Saddle Ridge Circle.

The hayrides, pumpkin decorating, scarecrow making, and all things Fall and more will be back for this Sunday’s King Farm Fall Festival!

Join your neighbors from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Saddle Ridge Community Center lawn area and surrounding streets of Saddle Ridge Circle.

The Fall Festival will feature plenty of free activities for neighbors and visitors of all ages. Food and beverage purchases will require a fee.

Residents are encouraged to walk to the event as street parking will be limited.

Tomorrow the King Farm community is hosting a multi-family yard sale with over 30 families participating! Come shop for treasures and deals on toys, clothing, furniture, household items, etc. The Sale will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the parking lot at 300 Saddle Ridge Circle, Rockville, MD 20850. Due to limited on-street parking, residents are encouraged to walk to the Yard Sale.

The Carnival will include giant inflatables, painted tattoos, music and fun! The King Farm Screamin' Geese will be selling snacks and beverages.

As always, King Farm events are open to King Farm residents only, sorry no non-resident guests.

LABOR DAY CARNIVAL ON THE LAWN

Join your friends and neighbors for a King Farm Labor Day Carnival on the Lawn, this Monday, September 7, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the Saddle Ridge Lawn - 300 Saddle Ridge Circle

The Carnival will include giant inflatables, painted tattoos, music and fun! The King Farm Screamin' Geese will be selling snacks and beverages.

As always, King Farm events are open to King Farm residents only, sorry no non-resident guests.

It’s going to be a great night for our End of Summer Concert! We hope to see you on the Saddle Ridge lawn tonight. Spectrum will be performing from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Origins BBQ will be selling food starting at 6:00 p.m. Bring your family, friends, blankets, beverages and chairs, this is one you won’t want to miss!!!
