Alluring Oaks RV Park Summer special is back again!!!
Starting April 1st:
Rent 3 months get the 4th month free!!! $100 deposit. Must pay 3 months in advance ($1800.00)and you receive the 4th month for free (you pay your electric monthly at .16 cents per kw. for all 4 months)That’s averages out to $450 a month for a beautiful concrete site!! Or if you can’t pay all of it in advance then you can pay $100 deposit and monthly rate of $500 a month + electric at .16kw with a 4-6 month commitment.

All of our sites offer sewer, water, trash pick up , individual WiFi, all sites are concrete between 50' and 100' long.

Happy New Year!!🎆 We only have 8 fulltime spaces left that will be available starting April 1st!!! People come here and they love it!! You will too!! So come check us out. We are an all adult park but kids can visit in the summer and on weekends. We offer a catch and release pond, individual wifi, beautiful trees, 🌳 concrete spaces, beautiful St. Augustine grassed yards, pool, patio area for grilling, clubhouse with full kitchen, laundry facilities, quiet country atmosphere just 4 minutes from Rockport Beach. 🏖️
