We received a service call regarding a shifting issue and discovered that the lower unit was faulty; furthermore, the shift shaft had broken, necessitating the removal of the powerhead for repairs. Additionally, we resealed the trim units, serviced both VST tanks, and resealed the steering cylinder, ensuring the boat is now ready for summertime!

These F200 engines were unable to exceed 3400 RPM. Under load, fuel pressure dropped to 10 PSI, significantly below the specified range of 36-40 PSI. Upon disassembly of the VSTs, both high-pressure pumps were found damaged, and the fuel filters were clogged. Following replacement of the fuel pumps, VST filters, and spark plugs, the boat is now ready for fishing. Please call 321-261-5550 to schedule your service appointment.
