Today we installed Optivision 25 to the windows of this stunning beach house today. Our client was looking to block heat and add privacy. . Our client loves the sunrise and her view of the ocean. Once the sun comes up, the intense heat and glare forces her to close her blinds, closing her off from the reason she choose this home. She also wanted privacy in the afternoon from the families enjoying the day at the beach.

We installed Madico’s Optivision 25 to the sliding glass doors in this cool golf villa. Our client loved her view of the golf course but didn’t like everyone looking into her home. We were able to give her the privacy she wanted, while still allowing plenty of filtered light, complementing the open feel of the Villa.

What a great idea, the new beach pavilion at jetty park now has a filtered hydration station. I always struggle with carrying enough water during my work outs on the beach. Problem solved.
