This Monday, let’s turn those words into action! TCA is partnering with Market Street Mission in Morristown for a Winter Coat Drive to help keep our community warm. 🧥❄️

Have a coat you no longer wear? Give it a new purpose by helping someone who needs it.

We’re collecting new or lightly used:
🧥 Children’s and women’s coats
🧥 Men’s coats, sizes XL–4X
🧣 Winter hats, scarves, and insulated gloves or mittens

Last day of September, and we’re closing out ANOTHER RECORD MONTH at Tri County Auto Supply!

Our warehouse is busy, orders are heading out, and our team is keeping things moving for the clients who count on us every day!

September has been filled with momentum, from oil and shop supply orders to fall essentials, service department promotions, and the arrival of our first ice melt shipments. We’ve been helping our customers prepare for the season ahead while celebrating 41 years of TCA! 🙌

To our clients: THANK YOU for your continued support, loyalty, and trust. Every order and every referral means something to us. You’re a big part of our story, and we’re grateful to keep growing with you.

We know… nobody wants to think about snow just yet. But we live in New Jersey, and being prepared comes with the territory!

Deliveries begin this week, with more product expected every Friday over the next few weeks.

41 Years of Tri County Auto Supply — More Than a Business

Forty one years.

When I started Tri County Auto Supply, I never imagined that four decades later I would be looking back on a journey filled with so many people, challenges, successes, friendships, and memories.

Like any business owner, I’ve experienced the highs and the lows. There were times when things came together exactly as planned, and there were plenty of times when they didn’t. There were difficult decisions, long days, sleepless nights, economic challenges, changes in the automotive industry, and moments when I had to simply figure out a way to keep moving forward.

But through it all, I believed in one thing: take care of your customers and take care of your people.

The automotive business has changed tremendously over the past 41 years. We’ve gone from a very different world of vehicles and technology to today’s highly sophisticated automobiles. Products have changed. Dealerships have changed. The way we communicate and sell has changed. But the fundamentals of good business haven’t changed.

Trust matters. Your word matters. Relationships matter.

Some of the customers who supported Tri County in our early years are still part of our business today. That’s something I don’t take for granted. I’ve watched customers’ businesses grow, watched employees develop careers, and built relationships that have gone far beyond simply doing business together.

I’ve also learned that you don’t build a company by yourself.

There have been many people along the way who have contributed to Tri County’s success. Employees who came through our doors and gave us their time and talent. Vendors who stood behind us. Customers who gave us an opportunity when we were still proving ourselves. Friends and family who supported me during the difficult times.

To all of you, thank you.

There were also lessons that came from failure. Not every decision was the right one. Not every hire worked out. Not every customer relationship lasted. Not every investment paid off. But those experiences were often some of the best teachers. They made me a better businessman, a better leader, and, hopefully, a better person.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned after 40 years is that success isn’t measured only by the size of your business or the numbers on a financial statement. It’s measured by the people who are willing to stand beside you, the customers who trust you, and the reputation you’ve built over time.

I’m proud of what Tri County Auto Supply has become, but I’m even more proud of how we got here.

Forty years ago, I was focused on building a business.

Today, I realize we were really building something much bigger, a family, a reputation, and a legacy.

I’m grateful for every customer who has picked up the phone and called Tri County. Every employee who worked a long day. Every vendor who helped us find a solution. Every handshake, every deal, every challenge, and every success.

And while 40 years is certainly a milestone, I don’t see it as the end of the story.

I see it as another chapter.

There is still work to do. There are still customers to serve, new ideas to develop, people to mentor, and opportunities ahead.

So, from me personally, thank you for 41 incredible years.

Thank you for believing in Tri County Auto Supply.

And most of all, thank you for being part of my journey.

Here’s to the first 41 years, and to whatever comes next.
